1. Acceptance of these Terms
Welcome to TravelDoss ("TravelDoss," "we," "our," or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TravelDoss website, applications, software, AI-powered services, travel dossier generation tools, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, browsing, using, purchasing, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:

TravelDoss provides software that allows users to organize, generate, customize, present, and share travel-related information.
The Service may include:

- reservation summaries
- travel notes
- collaborative planning
- travel dossier generation
- links to third-party providers
TravelDoss is a software platform only.
TravelDoss is not:
- a travel agency;
- a tour operator;
- a travel advisor or travel consultant;
- a booking service;
- an airline;
- a hotel;
- a transportation provider;
- an insurance company;
- a visa service;
- an emergency response service; or
- an agent acting on your behalf.
Nothing within the Service should be interpreted as assuming responsibility, control, authority, management, supervision, or direction over your travel.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for every aspect of your travel.
This includes, without limitation:
- making travel decisions;
- verifying reservations;
- confirming addresses;
- confirming operating hours;
- confirming transportation schedules;
- obtaining visas;
- maintaining valid passports;
- obtaining travel insurance;
- reviewing local laws;
- reviewing health requirements;
- monitoring weather;
- confirming safety conditions;
- confirming accessibility information;
- confirming pricing;
- confirming availability.
TravelDoss does not verify every piece of information presented through the Service.
You acknowledge that travel conditions frequently change and that all information should be independently verified before reliance.
5. AI Generated Content
Certain portions of the Service utilize artificial intelligence.
AI-generated information may:
- contain inaccuracies;
- become outdated;
- omit relevant information;
- misinterpret user inputs;
- recommend unavailable destinations;
- generate incorrect schedules;
- provide incomplete recommendations.
You acknowledge that AI-generated information is informational only and should never be considered authoritative.
You agree to independently verify all information before acting upon it.
6. No Travel Relationship
Your use of TravelDoss does not establish any agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, partnership, employment relationship, travel advisor relationship, tour operator relationship, or any other legal relationship beyond that of a customer using software.
TravelDoss does not direct, supervise, coordinate, manage, or assume responsibility for your travel.
All travel decisions remain exclusively yours.
7. Third Party Services
The Service may contain references or links to third-party websites, booking services, airlines, hotels, restaurants, attractions, transportation providers, mapping services, and other external services.
TravelDoss does not:
- endorse;
- control;
- operate;
- own;
- supervise;
- inspect;
- guarantee; or
- assume responsibility
for any third-party products or services.
Your relationship with any third party exists solely between you and that third party.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your password;
- safeguarding your account credentials;
- all activities occurring under your account;
- immediately notifying us of unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
- impersonate another person;
- create fraudulent accounts;
- share credentials in violation of these Terms;
- circumvent account restrictions.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant TravelDoss a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, modify, display, store, transmit, and otherwise use such content solely for operating, maintaining, improving, securing, and providing the Service.
You represent that you possess all necessary rights to upload your content.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, graphics, branding, logos, user interfaces, algorithms, AI systems, code, layouts, travel dossier formats, visual designs, trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary technology are owned by TravelDoss or its licensors.
Nothing within these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate laws;
- upload malicious software;
- reverse engineer the Service;
- scrape or harvest data;
- interfere with system security;
- abuse APIs;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- impersonate others;
- use automated bots except where expressly authorized;
- upload illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
13. Availability
TravelDoss does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

14. Data Storage and Loss
You acknowledge and agree that:
- uploaded information may be modified;

- information may become unavailable;
- information may be permanently deleted;
- backups may fail;
- data migration errors may occur.
Although TravelDoss employs commercially reasonable safeguards, no storage system is infallible.
You are solely responsible for maintaining independent copies of any information you consider valuable.
TravelDoss shall not be responsible for data loss.
15. Payments
Where applicable, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
TravelDoss may modify pricing at any time.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
TravelDoss may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:
- these Terms are violated;
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- illegal conduct occurs;
- system security is threatened;
- continued access poses risk to the Service.
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
17. No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVELDOSS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:
- MERCHANTABILITY;
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
- TITLE;
- NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- ACCURACY;
- RELIABILITY;
- SECURITY;
- AVAILABILITY;
- ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TravelDoss does not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
18. Assumption of Risk
Travel inherently involves risk.
You voluntarily assume all risks arising from:
- transportation delays;
- cancellations;
- illness;
- injury;
- weather;
- natural disasters;
- political instability;
- civil unrest;
- crime;
- theft;
- terrorism;
- government actions;
- customs enforcement;
- visa denials;
- passport issues;
- lost luggage;
- reservation failures;
- currency fluctuations;
- business closures.
You acknowledge that TravelDoss has no ability to control these events.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
TRAVELDOSS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- DIRECT DAMAGES (except where liability cannot legally be excluded);
- INDIRECT DAMAGES;
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
- SPECIAL DAMAGES;
- EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;
- PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
- LOST PROFITS;
- LOST BUSINESS;
- LOST OPPORTUNITIES;
- LOST GOODWILL;
- LOST DATA;
- LOST TRAVEL EXPENSES;
- MISSED FLIGHTS;
- MISSED CONNECTIONS;
- MISSED RESERVATIONS;
- LOST VACATION TIME;
- PERSONAL DISTRESS;
- EMOTIONAL DISTRESS;
- REPUTATIONAL HARM;
- OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVELDOSS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO TRAVELDOSS DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
- ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TravelDoss, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to:
- your use of the Service;
- your travel activities;
- your User Content;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of any law or third-party right.
21. Force Majeure
TravelDoss shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, utility failures, cyberattacks, internet outages, or other events of force majeure.
22. Dispute Resolution

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and TravelDoss concerning the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the Service.
